Leaderman & Associates Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as L&A) is a full-service environmental consulting and engineering firm. Since founded in 1995 with its main focus on writing services provided for proposals on water pollution prevention and control, projects on sewage systems, and also application documents for a discharge permit, L&A has gradually expanded its basic business to even more comprehensive services to address its clients' environmental needs including:

In particular, L&A was successfully conferred on the ISO 9001:2009 certification and has provided outstanding customer services to all of its clients with standard operation procedure since then.

In 2004, located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Leaderman Environmental Technology (M) SDN. BHD. was established to offer professional environmental services to address the local environmental-related problems. By duplicating the previous success in overseas branches, L&A further expanded its global operations.

Over the years, L&A has been continuously engaged in professional development; what is more, in 2005, L&A settled into a new office situated at Dunhua S. Rd. hoping to offer its personnel an even more salubrious place to serve its clients with top-notch customer services.  Since 2001, based on the belief that what is taken from the society should be used for the benefit of the society, L&A has offered scholarships donated by the investors of L&A to encourage brilliant graduate students both in the Graduate Institute of Environmental Engineering of National Taiwan University and of National Cheng Kung University,with the hope that the promising young generations will be dedicated in environmental protection issues after their graduation.
